1. Who we are

Wedjo ("we", "us", "our") operates the coming-soon landing page at wedjo.com. We are building a domain watchlist service that alerts you when domains you are interested in become available, drop in price, or change status. This policy explains how we handle the personal data we collect via our early-access waitlist form.

2. What we collect

When you sign up for our waitlist we collect:

• Email address — entered by you in the signup form.
• Signup timestamp — the date and time your submission was received, recorded automatically by our server.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, cookies, or tracking pixels. There is no analytics or advertising code on this site.

3. Why we collect it

We collect your email address solely to notify you when Wedjo launches and to send you information about early-access availability. We will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

4. How long we keep it

We retain your email address and signup timestamp until one of the following occurs:

• You request deletion (see Section 6 below).
• We send you the Wedjo launch notification and you do not opt in to further communications.
• We determine that the service will not launch, in which case we will delete all waitlist data.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your email address is stored in our database and is not disclosed to any external organization.

We may disclose data if required by law (e.g. a valid court order), but we will notify you where legally permitted to do so.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure — request that we delete your data from our systems.
• Right to rectification — request that we correct inaccurate data.

By submitting the waitlist form you consent to us processing your email address for the purpose described in Section 3. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

9. California residents (CCPA)
